How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required, full feature access. Cancel any time before the trial ends.
Is self-hosting really included?
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise. You get the same product binaries, ship them on your hardware, and we keep your install up to date.
What kind of support comes with each plan?
Starter: community + docs. Growth: email + chat with a 1-business-day SLA. Enterprise: a named CSM, oncall escalation and quarterly reviews.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime — upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
