Common questions
Can X-ITSM run without internet access?
Yes. The Enterprise tier supports a fully air-gapped install, including a local LLM via Ollama or llama-cpp. No data ever leaves your network.
Which SSO providers do you support?
LDAP / Active Directory natively, plus SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect. Youdu is supported as a first-class provider for Chinese enterprise customers. Each provider can auto-provision users and map groups to roles.
Can end-users approve service requests from WeChat or Feishu?
Yes — the chatbot framework supports interactive approvals from Feishu, WeChat, WeCom and Youdu. The web portal also surfaces approvals at /portal/approvals for users who prefer a browser.
How does pricing work?
Per-technician licensing on all tiers. End-users (people who submit tickets) are free and unlimited. No usage-based fees for tickets, requests or storage within fair-use limits.
Do you have a migration path from our existing ITSM tool?
Yes. We support CSV import on every module plus a guided migration in onboarding — typically 2-4 weeks for a full historical migration including attachments, comments and audit trail.
What is the contract minimum?
Annual contracts on Starter and Team. Multi-year discounts available on Enterprise. No multi-year lock-in required.
