Register a deal, own it end-to-end

Once you register a named account with us, no other partner can transact against it for the life of the opportunity. Inbound requests for that customer route back to you. This applies at every tier, from Registered upward.

Program FAQ

How long is the application process?

Two weeks is typical. We do a 30-minute intro call, ask you to complete the partner application form, then run a light due-diligence check (business registration, references). Onboarding to the partner portal is same-day after approval.

What's the minimum revenue commitment?

None at Registered tier. Silver has a soft expectation of about USD 50,000 net-new ARR per year. Gold is around USD 200,000. Platinum is invitation-only, based on strategic fit rather than a single revenue threshold.

Do I need to certify before I can sell?

We recommend at least one named-account sales certification before your first deal. Technical delivery certification is required to lead a customer implementation — if you don't have it yet, we co-deliver until at least one of your team is certified.

What if my customer wants X-Suite on their own on-prem servers?

Fully supported and expected. Our Enterprise tier is on-prem-first with a local-LLM option for regulated buyers. You can lead the install (if certified) or we can co-deliver with your team shadowing.

Can I resell just one product or does it need to be the whole X-Suite?

Either. Most partners specialise in 1–2 products first (usually X-ITSM or X-MSP) and broaden over time. Nothing forces you to sell the full suite.
