Approvals that can't be skipped
Every outside action has a risk tier, enforced in code outside the model. Silence never counts as approval.
A budget guard
Spend is reserved before it happens, with hard caps by task, agent, day and company.
Take over at any time
Take over a task, give it back, or press Pause all. Approvals expire safely and recover after a restart.
Roles, areas and data classes
Helpers and backups see only their areas. An agent never has more access than the person it works for.
Company memory
Memory syncs hourly from an X-Note space. New pages arrive restricted, and their content is treated as outside input.

Up to three models, with failover
Set models in order. If the main one fails, the next takes over in the same step, with presets for China providers.
Playbooks and templates
Repeatable steps started by hand, daily or weekly, plus setup templates for a solo consultant, a small agency and an online shop.
Outside actions are still simulated
Today, emails, posts and invoices go to a review outbox instead of being sent, and agents draft invoices for a person to send. Connectors for Feishu, a company mailbox and publishing channels come next. Pilot companies help decide their order.
