What you're agreeing to, in plain words

Each item is the lay summary; the contract MSA on Enterprise plans is the legally-binding version.

  1. 01

    Your account

    You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep credentials secure, give each user their own login, and let us know within 24 hours of any unauthorised access.

  2. 02

    Acceptable use

    Don't use our products to send spam, host illegal content, or attempt to bypass tenant isolation. We may suspend an account that materially breaches this; you'll always get notice unless we have to act immediately to protect other customers.

  3. 03

    Subscription & billing

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the same term length unless cancelled. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled before renewal for a full pro-rated refund of unused months. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; they end at the close of the current month.

  4. 04

    Service levels

    Cloud customers on paid plans get a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA (99.99% on Enterprise). If we miss it, you get service credits — see the SLA addendum in your contract for the exact ladder.

  5. 05

    Your data, your IP

    You own everything you put in. We get a narrow licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service. We don't claim any rights over your content, configurations or branding.

  6. 06

    Confidentiality

    Both sides agree to keep each other's confidential information confidential — typical mutual NDA terms apply. The contract MSA on Enterprise plans is more specific.

  7. 07

    Warranties & liability

    We provide the service "as is" with the SLAs above. Total liability for any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  8. 08

    Termination

    Either side can terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and a chance to cure. On termination we'll give you 30 days to export your data before deletion.

  9. 09

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore; disputes go to the courts of Singapore. Enterprise customers may negotiate a different forum in their MSA.
