X-AIOPC early access: run a one-person company with digital staff
AI staff take on the work, and the founder keeps the final say. X-AIOPC is now open to pilot companies.
A one-person company has one bottleneck: the founder. X-AIOPC gives that founder a team of digital staff, with the controls needed to let AI do real work safely.
How it works
- Goals and work. Set goals, and agents turn them into work. When something needs a person, they leave a follow-up item.
- A daily brief. Each morning the Chief of Staff writes one brief: what moved, what is waiting for you and what needs a decision.
- Playbooks and templates. Repeatable steps start by hand, daily or weekly. Setup templates cover a solo consultant, a small agency and an online shop.
- Company memory. Memory syncs hourly from an X-Note space. New pages arrive restricted, and their content is treated as outside input.
Control stays with you
- Approvals that can't be skipped. Every outside action has a risk tier, enforced in code outside the model. Silence never counts as approval.
- A budget guard. Spend is reserved before it happens, with hard caps by task, agent, day and company.
- Take over at any time. Take over a task, give it back, or press Pause all. Approvals expire safely and recover after a restart.
- Roles, areas and data classes. Helpers and backups see only their areas. An agent never has more access than the person it works for.
- Up to three models, with failover. Set models in order. If the main one fails, the next takes over in the same step, with presets for providers in China.
What early access means
X-AIOPC is built and running on our hosted pilot today. Outside actions are still simulated: emails, posts and invoices go to a review outbox instead of being sent, and agents draft invoices for a person to send. Connectors for Feishu, a company mailbox and publishing channels come next, and pilot companies help decide their order.
